I enjoyed the complete and thorough explanation given by Medicare Joe at the start of my Medicare journey. However, the first 2 agents I dealt with almost made me lose faith in the company. FORTUNATELY for them and me, their boss, Mark stepped in and took over and did a wonderful job in walking me through this enterprise. So much so, that I’ve referred 2 others for his services!! Made mcr muddle clear and eased a lot of my anxiety. Only critic was that it was difficult to get in touch. I sent my mcr number by email and text a few times and kept getting emails and texts asking me to send it. But it worked out eventually.
