I medicare Joe does a very good job. My only complaint is that every time I’m in touch with you. I’m talking to somebody different. I started with Matt LeBeau and I do realize he is out on medical leave but since then I’ve spoken to at least three other people. It’s not that much of a problem, except that I seem to have to explain everything to the person every time I speak to someone new. Other than that, you guys are doing a great job

I saw their video on social media and it was very easy to understand so I called for an agent to help and I talked with Mark Marino, MBA a licensed agent on Medicare. He had the knowledge and tools at his work area that simplified the search for the perfect plan for me as I was turning 65 in a couple of months. I later had a question and called and was able to talk with him briefly and that was it. I was all set up for my birthday month and found a plan in network with my existing doctors and dentist and I will see my Eye doctor this month as well.
