Are you Turning 65 or New to Medicare?

We have been in a world of hurt because my wife is five years older than me and stayed on my healthcare plan past 65. Victoria has helped us work through this to get my wife on Medicare because of my early retirement. While we are not done yet, Victoria has been a great guide and will get us across the finish line! She will be helping me get on Medicare in eight months. We would be lost without her and Medicare Joe.

Signing up for Medicare can be both confusing and overwhelming! I watched online videos produced by other Medicare consultants/advisors and had a decent understanding of the process but the Medicare Joe training laid it out best and the representative I was assigned was great to work with. He took care of providing me with all the quotes for my situation and their large database gave me multiple options. In the end, I selected the best plan for me and didn't have to pay anything for their services as they are paid by the insurance company. I never felt pressured and I know with other Medicare advisors, you actually have to retain their services, like hiring an attorney and it wasn't cheap. I'm glad I went with Medicare Joe!

Although I am very Happy with Christian and Medicare Joe's help and performance I rarely will give the highest of rating. This is due mainly to I want them to achieve to a more and better challenge and not just rest on there performance and laurels. With that said I would and will recommend Medicare Joe to others if asked.

I didn’t get what I needed from them but it’s not anyone’s fault. The plan I signed up for interfered with my Veterans Benefits and so I had to cancel! Btw, canceling wasn’t difficult l.

Lucas explains everything about Medicare very thoroughly. Answered every question I had and gave me the best advice on which program will work best for me. I recommended him to my family and friends who are also looking into Medicare.

I have worked with Sam Milewski at Medicare Joe for over a year now. When I turned 65, I attended their webinar to learn about the services. Not expecting to have to use Medicare at this point, I found that I needed to switch to this most recently after being layed off from a startup. Sam took care of everything for me, and explained everything in great detail. He assisted me with my choices, which helps so much because it can be very involved and confusing. This is our second year utilizing Medicare Joe and adding my husband on a new plan after his old plan pulled out of our county. Once again, Samuel explained our choices and within 20 minutes, both my husband and I had new plans. Videos are provided before your appointment so that you can familiarize yourself with Medicare and help you form any questions that you may still have. They do not work on commission and their only goal is to give you the best possible plan for your needs. It is a very easy process for what can be a complicated task. Highly recommend.

This review is long overdue. I was completely clueless about Medicare and Medicaid when I reached out to Medicare Joe in August, 2025. The agent I connected with, Christian, was thoughtful, patient and walked me though all of the details. He found me a terrific plan, I couldn't have asked for better! Fast forward to late September - early October and I'm seeing all of these commercials telling people to check their plans for any changes, etc. I'm thinking this doesn't apply to me cuz I just got mine set up, but I decided to contact Christian just to be on the safe side and I'm glad I did! I heard back from him less than 24 hours after my text. My original plan was with Cigna and I had been told at the time of signing they were being bought by another company and I would be receiving new information in the mail. I still haven't received anything from the new company, but I learned from my agent this morning that they no longer offer the plan I had signed up for. Christian found me a new plan with perks the old one didn't. I am really grateful to him and the team at Medicare Joe and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was ignorant of anything Medicare when I first called. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and so very patient in educating me about how it works and what options I had to choose from. He made a very daunting task actually pleasant. I’m not sure if all the advisors are as pleasant and knowledgeable as Christian but if they are, this is the place to get yourself educated about, and signed up for, Medicare.
