Ryan from Medicare joe was such a joy to work with! He was knowledgeable and knew how to explain all the different plans and even went above and beyond! I would recommend that before you pick your Medicare plan, your prescription plan and additional policy’s; ( cancer and heart attack) that you take the time to call Medicare joe and schedule an appointment It’s a free and can save you a lot of money and frustration in the future. I wish I had known about Medicare joe years ago! 1000% would recommend to my friends!!

In a world where everyone is bringing their wares to the market place, it is hard to know who to trust. Well I can tell you that Ryan, at Medicare Joe exceeds my expectation. He was patient, beyond my understanding, went above and beyond what services I expected and did so with a caring and professional manner. When we listened to the podcast we learned of our different options as we are Military and VA.as well as turning 65 and not retiring yet. We made an appointment which was an easy process, and spoke on the phone with Samuel Milewski. He gave us our options and explained how it works best for our situation. he also signed us up, which was very helpful. I would recommend Medicare Joe to friends and family.

Wonderful experience. Medicare choices can be very confusing and I thought I understood it. Thanks to the videos they provide that explains the difference between the plans, I was able to make a decision that was best for my situation. Samuel was readily available to answer questions, check drug prices and provide me with other offers that were available at 65. Without Medicare Joe, I would have made an uneducated decision that would have cost me greatly in the long run. No pressure. Just highly informed individuals that are looking to help you make the decision that is best for you.

Medicare Joe was very helpful with understanding the process and setting up accounts. The videos help to understand the different types of insurance that are available and appear to be unbiased and very informative. While setting up my account, my husband was also helped to set up his prescription plan and his supplemental insurance. Keila Grande was very helpful throughout the entire process. I do wish the prescription plan was linked to MedicareJoe's site because they didn't get credit for my plan through them because I had so many prescriptions that I couldn't retype them all again as it took me a very long time to do it the first time. Otherwise, the experience was very helpful and the process wasn't too hard (time consuming though).
