Navigating the Medicare system can be confusing. So much information coming at you from all directions adds to the stress. Having someone walk you through the process is very reassuring. Knowing you can ask all your questions, get all the answers and have a resource for the future as well provides great peace of mind. The only downfall is not being able to sign up for some supplemental plans such as dental (in my state at least).
