I worked with Ryan Wojcik and he was extremely helpful in explaining everything about signing up for Medicare. It's very confusing and he was very patient with me and we had several phone conversations to insure I understood everything. I had a lot of questions and he was always happy to answer all of them. We also had a lot of emails going back and forth when I had questions. I highly recommend Medicare Joe to help you navigate Medicare.

Luke explained everything I need to do prior to my 65th birthday and by the time a June 1st rolled around, I was already signed up for medical, prescription and Rx gap coverage. He did all the legwork for me, finding the best plans for my specific situation and the drugs I’m currently taking. Follow-up has been amazing. Can’t recommend him and Medicare Joe more highly!

The process was seamless and efficient. They explained the difference between Medicare A&B versus Medicare Advantage. I knew when each coverage would start and how much it would be. They were really good. Except when my advisor was out of the office and did not return my calls. Someone else called me but days later. I was a little annoyed with that. My advisor would ask me the same question 2 or 3 times after I texted back that I've already answered his question. He was not reading my replies or were ignoring them. I was not happy about that but I would recommend them to others needing to know about Medicare.
