Keila Grande has always had a natural gift for nurturing others, shaped by her close-knit family and a strong passion for education. After earning her Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation and Recreational Therapy in 2022, she went on to complete her Master’s in Research Design and Analysis in 2023 — all while working across various hospital and radiology departments. There, she saw how a lack of understanding about insurance could limit patients’ access to care, especially in rehabilitation.
This inspired her to pursue her Health and Life Insurance license and join the Medicare Joe® team, where she now helps seniors turning 65 understand and navigate the Medicare system with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, Keila enjoys spending time with her cousins, attending sporting events, and relaxing with a good book.

Most everything was explained well. However, I did try to reach Jeffery to talk about part D which I was confused about. He always says to text or call if I have a question. No reply at all. I called. Got put with someone I didn't know who didn't really answer my questions.
