Very educational and helpful. This took all the hard work out of researching on my own. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was able to choose the plan that fits my life situation perfectly. I was given phone numbers with extensions to call back if I need anything or had any other questions. I called back three times to speak to people, each time I called my questions were answered thoroughly. Everyone was patient, respectful and understanding and even took time to look into things for me. Ryan took his time and give me his exact extension to speak to him. I would recommend Medicare Joe to anyone going on Medicare for the first time. I will also use them in the future because this make my life so much easier.

I was looking for someone to show me what i needed when starting medicare...I did some research and needed to make sure that I did everything correctly and everything was explained in detail...I sat through their seminar and after had a better understanding of what I needed but still had questions, I was assigned Austin who I spoke with in detail...and was much more clear about medicare...people have told me to make sure I speak to an expert, and I feel that I did with Medicare Joe and Austin...I got the coverage I needed and Austin helped me throught the entire process and even after I signed up...I would recommend Medicare Joe to anyone starting out with Medicare...they will lead you in the right direction
