Since joining in early 2022, she has quickly become a trusted expert in Medicare, applying her background as a Peer Counselor and Drug and Alcohol Counselor to support clients with care and compassion.
Charity plays a key role in both client service and office operations, ensuring every issue is handled efficiently and every detail is managed behind the scenes. Her dedication to helping people in times of need makes her an invaluable part of the team. Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures with her husband, Chris, and grandson, Dean.

Most everything was explained well. However, I did try to reach Jeffery to talk about part D which I was confused about. He always says to text or call if I have a question. No reply at all. I called. Got put with someone I didn't know who didn't really answer my questions.
