After getting bombarded with so much information leading up to my 65th birthday regarding Medicare and supplement plans from so many companies and insurance agents, it was a massive amount of confusion. And then out of nowhere I saw a video clip of Joe giving a brief description about wanting to do a better explanation for people because his own parents didn’t get the advice that would probably have put them in a better place.I got the invitation to sit in on a teams meeting where Joe went through all the information between Medicare and Medicare advantage and it just was an eye-opener became it became a lot clearer for me. I then was able to get paired up with Sarah Lopez, my agent with Medicare Joe and she has been so patient and understanding with all of my questions and medical needs and prescriptions that I don’t know where I would’ve been if I had to try to do all this on my own.I’m always getting follow ups before I have to call and send an email or a text asking a question. Somehow I think they read my mind and they reach out before I even know I need something.I could not be more pleased to be under their care. I now have I believe some of the best coverage and I’m able to explain my experience to my family and friends for when they’re about ready to hit the magic age, and I have been very happy to be able to pass on the website so that way they can be as happy and feel confident that they’ve taken the right steps as I have.

I had a unique situation as I was loosing all my doctors on my insurance plan as they were no longer going to take it. I contacted Medicare Joe and worked with Samual Milewski, one of there licensed agents. Samuel did a phenomenal job. He said because of the unique situation he might be able to help me.
