I watched the Facebook ad and then website for Medicare Joe. I was skeptical about the whole idea of working with someone that I didn't know. However, Ryan has been awesome! He explained the webinar to me again to make sure I understood my options, talked me through the pros and cons and we made a good decision for me based on my needs. He is responsive to emails and phone calls. There is no pressure to purchase anything. You decide what you want and need based on your personal health history and life expectancy. I would recommend working with this company to at least learn about the options that can be so misleading in the fine print that you receive from insurance companies. Like the realization of turning 65 isn't bad enough on it's own, having to navigate through all the marketing campaigns and endless info being pushed at you regarding Medicare can be a daunting task. It's one thing you don't want to make a mistake on. I saw an post from Medicare joe, and I really resonated with his presentation so I booked a call with his team. The call was scheduled with Mark Marino and I have to say he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me at all. I even reached out to him several times after that with more questions which he answered to my satisfaction. I was overall very pleased with the help I received with choosing my plan. I now understand how the whole thing works and feel good that they are only a phone call away any time I have questions or need advise. A big thank you to Mark and Joe for a job well done. Two separate Medicare Joe agents helped me through the process of applying. Both were wonderfully helpful They listened to my custom situation and helped me select products that worked best for me. The introductory video was really comprehensive and easy to understand. I was glad to know their company does business with multiple different agencies for medigap, so we could compare & I could choose a plan that works for me.

After countless contacts by literally 50 different independent Medicare and Retirement Advisors I settled on 3 or 4 to investigate further. Very helpful, I had been feeling overwhelmed. The only problem was, (when I received the contract), there was an error made the address was wrong. I also made an appointment with Joe regarding my retirement accounts, he never called! I'll have to find help for that elsewhere.
